Magis Publishers delivers all orders from € 40, – free at home or at another indicated address in the Netherlands. For orders under € 40, we ask a contribution in the sending costs of € 1.99. For European countries other than The Netherlands we charge € 6.00 additional sending costs. For shipments to countries outside the EU, we charge € 26.00 additional sending costs. The prices mentioned for The Netherlands and European countries include 9% VAT for books and 21% VAT for sending. For countries outside the EU for both books and sending the VAT rate is at 0%. Keep in mind that countries to which the shipment will go outside Europe may charge tax afterwards. This passed on tax will be entirely for the buyer.

Delivery time

We strive to deliver all orders within 1 to 3 working days (within the Netherlands). Orders placed and paid before 3 pm will, if in stock, be shipped the same day.

In principle, the products that are offered are always in stock. Sometimes, however, items sell faster than we expect and the item is sold out. In that case, send an email to info@magispublishers.com or call +31 6 21 65 57 33 for the delivery time.

PostNL

We ship our packages with PostNL or DHL. You will always receive an email from us when the order is shipped. This states, among other things, whether it concerns letterbox mail or a package. When it comes to a package, you will receive a Track & Trace number from us so that you can track the package.

Multiple items per order

When you order multiple items at once, we do our best to send the order in its entirety. The delivery time of the entire order is then equal to that of the item with the longest delivery time. If there are one or more articles and a longer delivery time, we will deliver in two or more times.
